Everest Trekking

Everest Trekking ; Everest Region Trekking is one of the most popular Trekking routes in Nepal. Everest is often spelled: "Chomolangma", "Sagarmatha", "Qomolungma", "Chomolungma", "Qomolongma", "Chomolongma", "Qomolangma".Everest trekking would have been more popular than Annapurna Region Trekking, but due to the difficulties in trekking comparably that of Annapurna it is less popular than Annapurna Trekking Reigon and bit expensive too. The main destinations in this trekking region are the Base Camp Of Mount Everest with an altitude of 5340m and Kala pattar, a small peak near the base camp located in the region, to see the Everest with an altitude of 8848m, from very near distance.The region is conserved by Everest conservation area ( Sagarmatha National Park) covering an area of 1148 Sq. Kms and this is Inscripted by UNESCO as the world heritage site since 1979. To get to the Base Camp of Everest, tourist must have to have a tight walk of more than 10 days starting from a flight to Lukla or some days walking from Jiri to Lukla and following many villages crowded by sherpas’ across high himalayas passes, and many Monasteries along with famous Thyangboche monastery with an altitude of 3928m, and with spectacular views of Ama Dablam, Mt. Everest, Lhotse and many other mountains. The Everest Trekking Region is also called Khumbu region by the locals. It is famous for not only having the region conserving the world’s highest mountain, but also for the culture of Local Sherpa People there. Most of the people believe in Buddhism whereas hinduism is also believed widely. Prayer flags are waved in almost every homes. Frequent numbers of Monasteries can also be found while trekking in this route. Housing pine and hemlock forests at lower region, fir, juniper, birch and rhododendron woods at around mid part of the conservation area, scrub and alpine plant communities high altitudes it also conserves tahr, goral, serow, musk deer, Himalayan black bear, weasels, martens, Himalayan mouse hare, jackals and langur as wild lives and Impeyen pheasant, blood pheasant, cheer pheasant, jungle crow, red billed and yellow billed coughs, snow pigeon, Himalayan griffon, lammergier, snow partridge, skylark and many others, the birds .
During this trekking, people may cause by high altitude sickness. Acute Moutain Sickness, shortly know as AMS, can cause sometimes to death too due to too repid ascent in the high himalayas. So, The trekers must be aware of such kinds of factors while trekking. If some trekker suffered by any symptoms of high altitude sickness, then just climb down to feel proper acclimatization and take soups of garlik and chilly many times a day. Always keep time for proper acclimatization, do not rush to climb the Bace camp without timing. Always be slow and steady. For secure reason, some trekking can also be planned not having too high altitude in the same trekking region. May lodges, tea houses are made in the local level to accommodate the tourists in this region.
